The first impression is really impressive: it is a spectakular dining room with lots of tasteful dekorative elements, wonderful wall and window treatments. The atmosphere is inviting,  warm and romantic, just perfekt for a wonderful dining experience.

The patron, Michael Klauber, is kind of a dinosaur in the Sarasota Restaurant scene, his brother Tommy owns and operates the Pattigeorge´s on Longboat Key. Talking about Michaels: As a starter try the fresh Prince Edward Mussels, American Caviar or the Hudson Valley Foie Gras. Favorites among the entrees are Pan Seared Scallops with Thai Noodles and Red Curry Coconut Broth or the Veal Chop with Basil, Parmesan Mash and Rosemary Tomatoes. Concerning the Wine list, there is nothing to worry about, guests have a great choice of classy wines from all over the world. For those, who want to serve some money: Power Lunch with two courses coast about $ 19. And: watch out for the restaurant week in June, there are three course meals for only $ 29 per person.
