Seafood Shack has a long tradition as a waterfront restaurant. But it needed a huge facelift, which isnow done by its new owner John Vandyk. He has spent a lot of money to renovate the huge place and the waterfront deck.
The Restaurant is decorated with ecletic nautical decor.Boaters traversing the Waterway are exited about the improvments of the Restaurant and Marina. The new executive Chef Gerard Jesse has worked as a culinary supervisor at the Ritz Carlton Members Golf Club and as Sous-Chef at Michael ́s on East. Guests find old classic dishes as well as New-Orleans inspired Seafood.
